My philosophy on education is, that children need a school setting that allows them freedom to develop and explore life in their own special and unique way. Our job is to prepare children to become happy, fulfilled adults. Of course we must prepare them academically, but just as importantly they must be helped along socially. These skills will go a long way in determining their future success and happiness. School must be a loving, supportive, nurturing, and structured place in order for our children to flourish to their full potential.
In computer class we use a hands-on approach to teach age appropriate technology skills. These skills are progressive as the children grow from year to year, and as the technology changes from year to year. As the world is becoming increasingly dependent on technology and computers, it is vital our children are well prepared for the future.
